Jennifer Morgan is a natural light photographer whose body of work varies from children to landscapes. Jennifer grew up with a camera in her hand, and it was typically a Nikon. Starting in 1995, Jennifer worked in a dark room during her 10th grade photography and drama class where she learned film and photograph development with chemicals. Only developing in black & white, Jennifer found her love there in the dark room where she could control the light and the process of developing a picture from the light.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Associate of Arts in Business and continued to The Art Institutes of Pittsburgh to study portrait photography. "What I have learned is how to use light to create my art."
Jennifer is currently living in Council Bluffs, IA with her husband, Robert, and their dog, Max. They enjoy mini road trips together where they can explore the land around them and capture snapshots of their journeys. Booking a session with Jennifer is nothing short of "laid back" and full of various conversations about her clients that help her get to know them. Her work has been reviewed as "effortless, and natural", capturing the candid side of her clients.
